Immotheker Finotheker (IF) provides advice on mortgages and financial planning throughout Belgium. With a rapidly growing number of local offices, this family owned business established itself as a leading player in its market. The local offices are run by franchisees, with most of the locations situated in Flanders.
IF has build up a strong brand recognition in Flanders, due to its traditionally Flemish-speaking owners, the focus has been on the Flemish-speaking part of Belgium. However, the number of local offices in Wallonia is starting to grow rapidly. To give IF franchisees an edge over local competitors (established names in Wallonia), brand awareness and recognition has to be boosted in these local service areas.
20 Local franchisees in Wallonia participated in a large scale fall campaign. The media budget was made up of all the local marketing fees combined, so local budget allocation was essential. However, setting up and executing 20 local campaigns is a lot of manual and costly work.
Adcombi automatically generated 20 local tailor-made campaigns, using Multi Advertising. Every franchisee received his or her own personalized ad and budget. In collaboration with IF, Adcombi used a pre-selected set of domains to be exclusively targeted during the campaign, ensuring only premium and relevant content was associated with the IF ad.

Adcombi ensured every participating franchisee recieved an equal amount of impressions. Over 3 million ad impressions were delivered on relevant domains, such as Immoweb. With a continuous retargeting campaign running simultaneously, the interested audience (e.g. website visitors) were (re)activated, resulting in a number of leads as well.
But most of all, Adcombi saved IF a lot of work and money creating and managing campaigns for their local franchisees.
