About SFA Benelux
Founded in 1958 in France, SFA Group became a prominent manufacturer and distributor of bathroom and sanitary appliances. SFA Group comprises 25 global offices. One of their brands in the Dutch and Belgian market is Kinemagic. Kinemagic offers walk-in showers, combined with one-day installation service. Their main revenue channel is through local, independent dealers.
Campaign objectives
The aim of the project was to extend previous tests with local campaigns surrounding Kinemagic dealers. Not only by incorporating more dealers, also by extending the online media mix.
Challenges
Previous test campaigns surrounding local dealers on social media were satisfactory. However, Kinemagic (and other SFA brands) have a great number of local dealers. Servicing every dealer with a similar local campaign would be a lot of costly, manual work. Especially if a local campaign consists of more than one type of online media.

Solution
For every participating dealer, Adcombi automatically created a local campaign. Online display advertising was combined with Facebook advertising in one project. Each dealer received its own dedicated service area, locally allocated budget and personalized banner and Facebook ad.
Results
By combining display advertising and Facebook, a customer journey was created, resulting in top funnel branding and low funnel targeting combined. In one project, awareness was raised and leads were generated. Adcombi’s solution also provides the means to offer local campaigns to their entire dealer network. Now SFA can offer local campaigns on multiple types of media to their entire network of local independent dealers.
